What is Hawk?
Hawk is a Legendary with a Rage meter in three stages: Base, Bloodlust, and Ecstasy. Base is the patient counter stage. Bloodlust adds speed and damage. Ecstasy is the fast anti-heal light string. Swayback is the defensive tool at every stage. Guides say the Base lights are not the win condition. The September board places Hawk in A. One style page claimed a 1 percent spin chance for Hawk. That rate is a single page and is not treated as official.
