What decides a round
Style rarity does not replace the shared rules. Combat guides describe one model, and the Roblox page only confirms the inputs: light, heavy, dash, block, and a feint from heavy into light.
Guides describe the rest this way:
- Light punches are fast and leave damage the opponent can heal.
- Heavy punches are slower and are what convert that healing damage into damage that stays for the round.
- The health bar is described in three reads: untouched health, dark or regenerable damage, and damage that will not heal back this round.
- Dash, attacks, and dodges spend stamina. Blocking is described as the action that does not spend it.
- Attacking on empty stamina is described as a break of about two seconds. That duration is a community measurement, not a published frame value.
- A dash has invincibility. The tightest part of that window is called a perfect dodge and opens a punish.
- A counter is a hit on a punch that is still coming out. Some styles charge meters from counters.
- Feinting cancels the heavy. The official input is M2 then M1.
- Repeated backdashes are described as getting worse as the fight goes on, so holding away is not a full round plan.
A round you can actually run
- Open with lights only while you still have stamina in reserve. A common coaching line is to keep about a quarter of the bar.
- Watch the bar color, not the combo counter. If the damage is still in the healing color, you have not converted the round.
- Throw the heavy after the healing pool is built, or feint it if they dash every time they see the heavy start.
- If the bar is empty, block and let it return. Another heavy on an empty bar is the mistake guides blame for early knockouts.
- Read the shoulder before the glove. That is the tell guides use for a dodge that is on time instead of a guess.
What this page will not pretend to know
Exact invincibility frames, the backdash decay curve, and per-style frame data are not on the Roblox page. They move between patches. If a number is only in one guide, it is not repeated here as a law.
Style-specific meters, including Hawk's Rage stages, Chronos Focus, Shotgun's Speed-O-Meter, Surgeon's Head, Chest, and Liver stacks, and Freedom's three forms, are on the fighting style pages.
